No verified injury-rate or workers'-compensation reduction has been independently demonstrated for VR safety training — not by us, and not by anyone else in this industry, to date. What we do measure is time-to-competency, assessment scores, and the completeness of the certification record. If a vendor tells you their VR training cuts your injury rate, ask to see the independent study. We won't tell you that, because it isn't proven yet.

Common questions
Does VR training satisfy OSHA?
For most standards, VR satisfies the formal-instruction requirement. Some standards, like forklift operation under 29 CFR 1910.178(l), also require a hands-on evaluation with a person physically present — VR covers the classroom portion, not that in-person evaluation.
What headset do we need?
A consumer Meta Quest 3S. The module runs from a URL in the headset browser — no app store account, no Meta for Business setup, no IT provisioning beyond handing someone a headset.
Do we need a Meta business account?
No. The training loads from a URL, the same way a web page does. There is no app install and no organizational Meta account to set up.
How does it get into our LMS?
Every module ships as a SCORM 1.2 package your LMS can import directly, plus xAPI step-level data if your LMS or a Learning Record Store consumes it.
What does the certification record contain?
Employee name and ID, the exact CFR reference, date completed, score, which steps passed or failed, the evaluator's name and qualification, the next due date, and a retention note — the fields the specific OSHA paragraph names.
What happens if you go out of business?
You own the source code. It is delivered to you on final payment, so the module keeps running and stays editable by any developer, with or without us.
